Doubletree By Hilton Surabaya boasts a fantastic location, ideal for exploring the vibrant area next to Tunjungan Plaza and the heart of Surabaya. the units are neat and come with incredible views, creating a comfortable atmosphere. the staff members are outstandingly accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

stayed for 1 night in this modern place, liked that. i took a triple room with a very nice view. a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns were available there. the personal was really helpful. as for me, the location was fantastic, adjacent to tunjungan plaza and center. it also was in downtown.

The rooms are a nice size and feature incredible units with sofas, offering a lovely view. the staff is decent, providing thoughtful services like free wake-up calls and ironing. the location is fantastic, situated in a comfortable area that's close to central Surabaya, the main attractions, and the mall.

My room included coffee/tea makers, a seating area, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was just off the city center and supermall Tunjungan Plaza. Found a place called Each a Cup, set steps away from the venue, ate there a few times.

The location near Siola Surabaya Museum is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious with great facilities like cable channels, a mini fridge bar, and a microwave oven.

We had a great stay in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The well-kept room was spacious and had everything we needed. We appreciated the speedy and reliable Wi-Fi and the friendly staff. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of dishes.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for local places of interest and sharing their knowledge of the area. The view from the hotel and the comfortable room were the best aspects of my stay. The breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive in sharing the services available.

The pool was too cold and small, and the chairs were placed in constant sun. The smoking atmosphere in the rooftop bar and the common area near the swimming pool was unpleasant for my family.

The pool was a bit disappointing as the temperature was cold making it difficult to enjoy. during one of our meals, we found an unexpected creature in our plate which ruined our experience.
